CAC Forensic Interview Referrals

Forensic interview referrals to the CAC are made through law enforcement or Child Protective Services. If you are affiliated with one of these agencies, please download and complete the Forensic Referral Form and submit it as instructed. Once received, our team will contact you to coordinate next steps and schedule the visit. If you are not affiliated with one of these agencies, please contact our MDT coordinator at cacinterviews@swmichigancac.org or call 269-556-9640 before submitting a request.

Class for New MDT Members

CAC offers a CAC 101 course for new prosecutors and first-time members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT). The course provides an overview of CAC services, trauma-informed care, and the MDT’s role in supporting children and families on the path to healing and hope.
